How to Delete or Change the Link on Your NFC Product

Updating the link on your NFC Product

If you added an incorrect URL or need to replace the existing link, you can use the NFC app to erase the tag and add the correct URL.

Step 1: Open the NFC app

Open the NFC app on your device and select “Other.”

Step 2: Erase the existing link

Select “Erase Tag” and follow the on-screen instructions to scan your NFC Product’s tag.

Continue scanning as instructed until the app confirms that the tag has been successfully erased. Complete this step before adding a replacement link.

If you only want to delete the existing link, you can stop here.

Step 3: Add the new link

Once the tag has been erased:

1. Select “Write” to begin the writing process.

2. Choose “Add a record” to enter the new URL.

3. Follow the app’s instructions to write the URL to your NFC Product’s tag.
