This issue often happens because either the uploaded link is incorrect or there is an error in programming the card.
If your Review Zap Stand or Card is not working even after following the guide, check the additional details below as this usually resolves the issue:
1. Check the uploaded link.
- Make sure it doesn't have any other information such as the business name and it shouldn't have "https" twice. Copying and pasting the link from a Google page sometimes copies this information so it's best to double-check the beginning of the link after pasting it in.
- If you need to update it, just click the "other" from the home page and click "Erase tag" to delete it. Then, re-upload the link.

2. Make sure that the correct steps are followed.
- after pasting the link and confirming that it's the correct link;
- press "OK"
- then click "Write" and tap the phone up to the Review Zap Stand or Card to Scan
3. Try using a different phone
- sometimes, the problem might be with the device, so it's advisable to attempt checking if it functions using a different phone.

- a short video showing how the Review Zap is being set up from start to finish
