Where should I start?
If your Stand or Card is not working after setup, check the link you entered and confirm that it was written to the tag. An incorrectly formatted link or an incomplete writing process can prevent your review page from opening.
Follow the checks below to help identify the issue.
1. Check your review link
Make sure the URL field contains only your review link. Remove any extra text copied with it, such as your business name or a label before the web address.
Pay particular attention to the beginning of the link. The complete URL should contain https:// only once.
In the NFC Tools screen shown in our setup guide, https:// is selected separately above the field where you paste the link. If it is already selected there, do not include it again in the text field.
For example:
-
Prefix selected in the app:
https:// -
Text field: The rest of your review link, beginning with its domain, such as
g.page/… -
Incorrect combined result:
https://https://g.page/…
The example is for formatting only. Use your own complete review link, and do not change its domain or remove the rest of the address.
Check the beginning of the text field carefully, since extra text may be hidden when the field is scrolled.

2. Correct the saved link if needed
If the wrong link has already been written to your tag:
-
Open NFC Tools and select “Other.”
-
Select “Erase Tag.”
-
Follow the app’s instructions to scan and erase the tag.
-
Return to “Write” and select “Add a record.”
-
Choose “URL / URI” and enter the corrected link, checking that
https://appears only once in the complete URL.
If you previously locked the tag permanently, it cannot be erased or rewritten. Contact support if you are unsure whether your tag is locked.
3. Complete the writing process
Entering the link in the app does not finish programming your NFC Product. You must also write it to the tag.
After checking the link:
-
Select “OK” to save the record in the app.
-
Select “Write.”
-
Hold your phone close to your Stand or Card to scan it.
-
Keep following the app’s prompts until the writing process is complete.
Test your NFC Product afterward to check that it opens the intended review page.
4. Try another compatible phone
If the product still does not respond, test it with another phone that supports NFC tag reading. On Android devices, check that NFC is enabled.
If it works with another phone, the issue may relate to the original phone’s settings or scanning position.
