If the tracking says that the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow the steps below (they usually resolve the issue):
- Verify the shipping address in your original confirmation e-mail.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Look around the delivery location (front door, garage, main entrance, etc).
- See if someone else accepted the delivery (neighbor, building manager/superintendent, etc).
- Check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail (some packages travel through multiple carriers).
- Wait 48 hours. In some cases, packages say "delivered" before they have actually arrived.
- Contact the carrier directly and file a lost claim if needed
