My tracking says Delivered, but I never received it?

If the tracking says that the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow the steps below (they usually resolve the issue):

  • Verify the shipping address in your original confirmation e-mail.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  • Look around the delivery location (front door, garage, main entrance, etc).
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery (neighbor, building manager/superintendent, etc).
  • Check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail (some packages travel through multiple carriers).
  • Wait 48 hours. In some cases, packages say "delivered" before they have actually arrived.
  • Contact the carrier directly and file a lost claim if needed
