Review Zaps is not designed to collect highly sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, passport numbers, driver's license numbers, medical records, health diagnoses, genetic information, biometric identifiers used for identification, information concerning sexual orientation or sex life, religious beliefs, precise geolocation unless specifically required for a feature and disclosed, other highly sensitive information unrelated to our ecommerce business. Payment providers may process certain financial information necessary to complete transactions.

Shipping and Logistics Providers

13. Custom Artwork and File Uploads
When you upload logos, graphics, photographs, artwork, or other files for a custom product, those files may be stored or processed by Review Zaps, Shopify, file-upload providers, cloud storage providers, manufacturing partners, printing partners, fulfillment providers. We use Customer Materials primarily to prepare proofs, manufacture products, fulfill orders, provide support, process replacements, maintain reasonable business records. You should upload only information necessary for your order. Do not upload confidential personal information, government identification, financial records, health information, or other sensitive information unrelated to your custom product. Ownership and licensing of Customer Materials are addressed separately in our Terms of Service.
14. Digital Products
When you purchase or access a digital product, we may process information to confirm payment, fulfill the order, generate or display download access, send download emails, prevent unauthorized distribution, provide support, maintain purchase records. Our digital product providers may receive information reasonably necessary to perform those functions. The licensing and intellectual property restrictions applicable to digital products are addressed in our Terms of Service.
15. Free Tools and Public Business Information
Some Review Zaps tools may use or display information concerning businesses that is available from public or third-party sources, such as business names, public Google Business Profile information, public search results, search keywords, general geographic information, device model information, other publicly available business information. However, where information identifies an individual and is protected under applicable privacy law, we will treat it according to applicable legal requirements. Tool inputs may be logged for operating the tool, security, troubleshooting, analytics, improving the tool, preventing abuse.
16. Affiliate and Referral Information
Review Zaps may participate in affiliate, referral, or partner programs. When you interact with an affiliate or referral link, cookies or similar technologies may record referral source, link clicked, conversion activity, purchase attribution, other information necessary to calculate or verify a referral. Our Site is powered by Shopify. Shopify processes customer information in connection with services it provides to us and may also process certain information in connection with Shopify consumer services, such as Shop or Shop Pay. Shopify maintains its own privacy notices explaining how it processes information. Review Zaps is responsible for our own privacy practices, while Shopify is responsible for processing that it independently determines and controls.
22. Children's Privacy
Review Zaps products and services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed toward young children. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under the age of 13 in circumstances governed by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act without legally required parental consent. We also do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under the age of 16 for targeted advertising in circumstances where applicable law requires affirmative authorization. We will not request more information than reasonably necessary for verification. If we cannot verify a request, we may be unable to provide or delete certain information.
